If you have never booked with Levelup before, please select “Sign Up” on the next page to create an account first.

To add prepaid credits: Log in and select “Prepaid Credits”, and check out.

These credits can be applied to any future bookings by selecting “New booking”, and selecting, “1 Participant”.

Please note that prepaid credits cannot be shared with other players and can only be used by the account holder.

Refunds are not available for prepaid packages.
