Please note that full payment is required for reservations. Prices are listed in Canadian (CAD) dollars and exclude HST.

EQUIPMENT & HYGIENE
Our trained staff will assist you in putting on and adjusting the VR headset. They will guide you through the process and ensure that the headset fits comfortably and securely. If you have any specific concerns or questions, feel free to ask our staff for assistance.
In the rare event of equipment malfunction, our staff will be available to assist you. They will make every effort to resolve the issue promptly, either by fixing the equipment or providing an alternative solution. Your session time will be extended to compensate for any technical difficulties that may occur.
We prioritize the hygiene and cleanliness of our VR equipment. We regularly clean and sanitize the headsets, controllers, and other accessories between each use.
We also have disposable face masks and antibacterial wipes available and encourage customers to wash their hands before and after using the equipment.

Players must be at least 8 years of age, and all players under 12 must be accompanied and supervised by an adult.
